Rabbi Yaakov Vosoghi, an LA native, spent two years learning in Chofetz Chaim in Yerushalayim, and then an additional forteen years at Chofetz Chaim in Queens, where he received his Semicha in 2012.
For four years he served as the Rabbi at Sephardic Synagogue of Plainview in Long Island, NY where he was also actively involved in outreach.
Rabbi Vosoghi's down to earth personality and personable approach has enabled him to reach and engage a broad range of people. Hundreds of people have benefited and grown from his lectures, classes, and guidance. As the 9th grade Rebbe at Chofetz Chaim Los Angeles, Rabbi Vosoghi has quickly become a student “favorite” winning the boys over with his humor, love, and high-level Gemara shiur.
Rabbi Schwartz learned in Yeshiva Tiferes Yisroel, Yeshiva Toras Chaim and in Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim in Queens, NY.
In addition, Rabbi Schwartz worked for Yeshiva Toras Chaim for various different projects. He also worked as a counselor, head waiter, and Rebbi at various different camps for the past ten summers.
Currently, Rabbi Schwartz teaches introductory 9th grade Iyun and helps run the office.
Rabbi Itai Esudri, an LA native, learned in Shaarei Yerushalyam , and Midrash Shmuel where he received his Bachelor’s in Talmudic Law. Afterwards he spent five years at Chofetz Chaim in Queens, New York and subsequently received his semicha from Rav Moshe Heineman.
Rabbi Esudri brings a passion for Lomdus and clarity in the Sugya that greatly enhances the Ruach of learning in Yeshiva. He helps with the 10th grade iyun shiur, as well as teaches Halacha and Bekiyus to the seniors.
